Step 1

Start by combining the ripe banana with the oatmeal.

Step 2

Mix in the applesauce.

Step 3

Add the honey, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger, and mix well.

Step 4

Spray your muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray.

Step 5

Scoop your mixture into the greased muffin tin.

Step 6

Set your temperature for 330 degrees F (air fryer setting) and the time for 6 minutes. After 6 minutes, check and see if the oatmeal has a golden brown color. Once, it does check it with a toothpick. If it comes out clean, remove it from the air fryer oven or basket.

Step 7

Give it a few minutes to cool slightly, so it’s easier to pop them out of the muffin tin.

Step 8

Garnish with yogurt and fresh berries.

Step 9

Plate, serve, and enjoy!
