Step 1

Cut 4 Bell peppers open and remove the stem and seeds. Slice into strips.

Step 2

Put the strips into a mixing bowl with 1 tbsp Olive oil, 1 pinch Sea salt and 1 pinch Black pepper. Mix well to coat the peppers.

Step 3

Cook at 200°C for 12 minutes, shaking half way through cooking.
