Preheat the air fryer to 350 F /180 C.

Add almonds into the air fryer basket placing them in a single layer (you may have to cook in batches).

Cook for 5-8 mins, turning half way through.
Step 4
Check after 5 mins and cook for a further 2-3 mins till done to your liking.
Step 5
Allow the air fryer roasted almonds to cool before serving.
Step 6
Preheat the oven to 350 F / 180 C / gas 4.
Step 7
Spread nuts into a single layer on a large baking sheet.
Step 8
Roast for 10 minutes, making sure to turn half way through. If they still need a little time, then roast for up to 6 more minutes, making sure to check after every 2 minutes.
Step 9
Watch them carefully, as they can burn quickly.
Step 10
Cool completely on the baking sheet before storing in an airtight container.
