This Low Carb Roasted Almonds recipe makes deliciously salty, crunchy almonds, with a light smokey flavor. They are the perfect low carb snack!

Low Carb Baked Almonds - Roasted Smokey Flavor

½ cups Almonds (raw)

Salt

Liquid Smoke

Water

Avocado Oil

Preheat your oven to 175C/350F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

In a small bowl mix together the salt, liquid smoke, and boiling water. Stir until as much of the salt is dissolved as possible.

Add the almonds to a large bowl and pour over the salt mixture. Mix well to ensure all the nuts are coated. Leave to sit for 2 minutes.

Pour the almonds onto your prepared tray and spread out into an even layer.

Bake your almonds for around 15-20 minutes total. Give them a stir after about 8 minutes, and another stir every 5 minutes until nicely roasted. The check doneness, remove a nut and cut in half, the center should be a very light brown.

Remove the nuts from the oven and pour into a heatproof bowl. Drizzle over the avocado oil, and sprinkle with a couple of pinches of fine salt. Stir well to ensure all the nuts are coated.

Leave to cool completely, the almonds will soak up the oil as they cool.

Once cool, enjoy as a snack, or store in an airtight container!

Low Carb Baked Almonds Recipe Roasted to Perfection - Keto Snack

This roasted almonds recipe is super easy to make and perfect for snacking!

(140 grams) whole raw almonds (with skins on)

Preheat the air fryer to 350 F /180 C.

Add almonds into the air fryer basket placing them in a single layer (you may have to cook in batches).

Cook for 5-8 mins, turning half way through.

Check after 5 mins and cook for a further 2-3 mins till done to your liking.

Allow the air fryer roasted almonds to cool before serving.

Air Fryer Roasted Almonds Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350 F / 180 C / gas 4.

Spread nuts into a single layer on a large baking sheet.

Roast for 10 minutes, making sure to turn half way through. If they still need a little time, then roast for up to 6 more minutes, making sure to check after every 2 minutes.

Watch them carefully, as they can burn quickly.

Cool completely on the baking sheet before storing in an airtight container.

We crave pumpkin flavored everything in the Fall. These Pumpkin Spice Almonds are roasted in your in oven and coated with delicious sugars, spices, and vanilla.

Roasted Pumpkin Spice Almonds Recipe

Preheat oven to 250 degrees.

Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.

Whisk together your egg white, vanilla, and water.

Whisk until it begins to get frothy. It doesn&#39;t take long with just a regular hand whisk, or you can use a hand mixer.

Pour your almonds in the egg white mixture and toss until evenly coated. We found this to be easiest in a large mixing bowl.

To a large ziploc bag, add your dry ingredients and mix gently to combine them all within the bag.

Dump your almonds in the ziploc bag, zip it shut, and shake to coat your almonds. You should not have a lot of extra sugar in the bag, so keep shaking until totally coated.

Roast your almonds at 250 degrees Fahrenheit for one hour, tossing every 20 minutes to avoid sticking together.

Cool on parchment paper and store in an airtight container for up to 30 days.

This homemade maple almond butter is so much better than store bought! I roast the almonds in maple syrup, which gives the butter a really rich flavor. I then stir in cinnamon and vanilla which adds so much warmth! Did I mention it’s easy to make, vegan, and gluten free?

Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.

Place almonds on a baking sheet and toss with maple syrup and two teaspoons of coconut oil.

Roast for about 25-30 minutes, stirring half way through.

Let cool for 10 minutes.

Place roasted almonds into food processor and process until smooth. You’ll need to stop and scrape down the sides. This should take about 5 minutes.

Once creamy, add in vanilla, cinnamon, salt, and another 1 teaspoon of coconut oil and process until well combined.
