Step 2
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix to combine. Thermomix 10 seconds, speed 3.
Step 3
Allow to rest for 10 minutes or more (it becomes less sticky that way). If it’s still sticky to work with, add more almond flour or arrowroot.
Step 4
Roll between two sheets of baking paper, cut to size. Fill and bake in a 150°C/ 300°F (fan-forced) oven for 20-30 minutes (until golden brown).
