Step 1
Preheat oven to 190C/170C fan forced. Lightly grease four 250ml (1 cup) ovenproof ramekins or dishes with olive oil.
Step 2
Combine the oats, hemp seeds, baking powder and cinnamon in a large bowl. Place the banana, eggs and milk in a separate bowl. Mix until well combined. Add the banana mixture to the oat mixture and stir until just combined (do not overmix).
Step 3
Divide half the oat mixture among prepared ramekins. Top with half the berries. Top with the remaining oat mixture then remaining berries. Place ramekins on a baking tray. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden, puffed and set. Serve warm with yoghurt and extra berries.
