Step 2
Grease a small baking dish with butter or cooking spray to prevent the eggs from sticking.
Step 3
In a medium mixing bowl, add 1 cup of cottage cheese.
Step 4
Crack 4 large eggs into the bowl with the cottage cheese.
Step 5
Whisk the eggs and cottage cheese together until they are well combined.
Step 6
Pour in 1/2 cup of milk and continue whisking until the mixture is smooth and evenly blended.
Step 7
Stir in 1/4 cup of grated cheddar cheese, ensuring it’s evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
Step 8
Add 1 tablespoon of butter to the mixture, ensuring it is well incorporated.
Step 9
Season the mixture with 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper, 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder, and 1/4 teaspoon of onion powder.
Step 10
Mix the ingredients together until the seasonings are fully combined with the egg and cottage cheese mixture.

Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the eggs are set and lightly golden on top.

Check for doneness by inserting a knife or toothpick into the center of the dish; it should come out clean when the eggs are fully cooked.
