Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2

In medium mixing bowl, mash peeled Bananas until gooey.

Step 3

Add powdered Cake Mix, Cinnamon, Eggs, and Oil into Banana mixture, and stir until well combined.

Step 4

Spray bottom and sides of two 9×5 Non-stick Loaf Pans with Cooking Spray.

Step 5

Evenly pour mixture into 2 loaf pans.

Step 6

Bake for 35 - 40 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Step 7

Allow to cool in pans for 5 minutes, then transfer loaves to wire racks to finish cooling. Enjoy!
