Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.

Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil.

Return the ribs to the oven and bake at 275 degrees F for an additional hour, or until the ribs are fork tender and reach an internal temperature of 145 degrees F, measured by a meat thermometer.
