Add the lemon juice and olive oil to a bowl.

Add in the garlic, onion granules, rosemary, parsley, thyme, cayenne pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and salt.

Whisk till all is well combined.
Step 4
It's ready to use.

Add the lamb into a Ziploc or a bowl.
Step 6
Pat them dry with paper towels.
Step 7
Add in the marinade and massage so they are all covered in the marinade.

Seal the bowl with clingfilm and put it in the fridge to marinate for 2- 6 hours.
Step 9
If you will marinate for more than 4 hours, skip the lemon juice and add this like 1 hour or just before cooking.
