Step 1
Preheat the Blackstone Grill over medium high heat (approximately 400 degrees F).
Step 2
Add the oil to the grill and spread it out with a spatula.
Step 3
Divide the ground beef into 6 even balls (approximately 1/3 lb each).
Step 4
Place the ground beef on the Blackstone grill on the oil.
Step 5
Press firmly on the ground beef balls into the Blackstone Grill. Do not smash it all the way down but just press slightly to form a burger patty.
Step 6
Season the beef with the garlic salt and pepper.
Step 7
Place the pineapple slices next to the patties on the Blackstone Grill.
Step 8
Cook the patties for 3-5 minutes until the sides of the patties begin to change colors.
Step 9
Flip the burgers (do not smash them down) and flip the pineapple slices. Cook until the burgers are cooked through (3-4 more minutes) and the pineapple is browned.
Step 10
Add a spoonful of the teriyaki sauce on top of each burger patty.
Step 11
Remove the beef and add them to one of the hamburger buns.
Step 12
Then top each one with a slice a pineapple, 2 slices of red onions and more teriyaki sauce if desired.

Serve warm and enjoy!
