Bob Evans' Copycat Sausage Gravy Recipe

Step 1

In a skillet, cook the sausage until it's browned.

Step 2

Next, add in the flour and stir into the juices from the meat until all of the flour is dissolved.

Step 3

Add in the milk to the pan incrementally, mixing into the flour as you go.

Step 4

Continue to cook and stir the mixture in the pan until it thickens. Season the gravy with salt and pepper to taste.
