Step 1

Remove the internal organs of the flounder and tail, wash it, and soak it in beer (about 10 minutes)

Red pepper, Cheongyang red pepper, remove the seeds and chop them.

Combine minced garlic in teriyaki sauce.

Dry the flounder, make cuts and coat it with frying powder evenly.

Heat in a pan, add cooking oil, and bake until golden brown.

Pour teriyaki sauce and cook (medium heat)
