Mix sauerkraut, onion, brown sugar, and garlic together in a large bowl; pour into the bottom of a casserole dish.
Step 2
Place bratwursts on top of sauerkraut mixture and bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes; turning brats once about halfway through cooking.
