Meatball Instructions:

Start combining all ingredients, except buffalo sauce, in a large mixing bowl.

Combine well. You can utilize a large stand mixer to get an even mix, or use your hands or wooden spoon.

Roll into 1 and 1/2 inch balls with your hands.

Step 5

Place on a baking pan, or sheet, that's been sprayed with a cooking spray, or use parchment paper.

Step 6

Bake at 400° for 20 minutes.

Step 7

Remove from oven, place meatballs a skillet on medium heat.

Step 8

Add in buffalo sauce and stir until well coated and warm.Buffalo Wing Sauce Instructions:

1 1/4 cups Franks Hot Sauce

Step 10

3 T. butter, melted

Step 11

1.5 tsp. garlic salt

Step 12

Blend together these 3 ingredients in a small saucepan, place on stove, bring to a boil. Reduce heat and let simmer for 10 minutes.

Step 13

Remove from heat.

Step 14
