Cake Flour Substitute

all-purpose flour

cornstarch

baking powder

Combine 1 1/2 cups plus 6 tablespoons flour, cornstarch, and baking powder in a bowl. Sift several times until evenly blended.


Worked great! I like that I don't have to keep another bag of flour in my pantry that will never get used before it goes bad. This is great to make as needed and with great results. I will be using this again! Thanks for sharing. :)
