Step 1

In a large pan over medium-high heat, melt the butter.

Add the onions, bell peppers, garlic, and potatoes and simmer for approximately 5-7 minutes, or until the veggies are tender and gently browned.

Stir together the tinned corned meat, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.

Step 4

Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the potatoes are soft and the flavors have mingled.
