Place yeast, sugar and water into mixing bowl and mix 20 sec/speed 4.
Step 2
Add flour, bread improver, salt and oil, then mix 5 sec/speed 7, then knead Dough /3 min.
Step 3
Transfer dough onto a silicone bread mat or floured work surface and work into a ball. Wrap in mat or place in a greased bowl and cover. Leave to prove in a warm place until tripled in size (approx. 1 hour).
Step 4
Preheat oven (180℃) and line a baking tray with baking paper.
Step 5
Divide dough into 12 equal-sized pieces and form into rolls. Press down on rolls with your palms to flatten slightly. Place rolls on prepared tray, almost touching, brush with beaten egg, then top with bacon and cheese. Cover and leave to prove for 30 minutes or until doubled in size.
Step 6
Bake for 15-20 minutes (180°C) until golden and cheesy. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
