In a small food processor, combine protein pancake mix, brown sugar, cinnamon and butter.

Blitz until just combined and crumbly.Do not over-process or butter will get warm and melt.
Step 6
Pour half batter into pan, sprinkle half streusel all over, pour remaining batter, spread remaining streusel on top.
Step 7
Bake for 25-30 minutes.A tester inserted into the center should come out clean but moist.Transfer to cooling rack to cool.
Step 8
Let coffee cake cool completely before icing.
Step 9
In a small bowl, combine powdered sugar and milk (add little at a time).
Step 10
Drizzle over cooled coffee cake.
Step 11
Slice into 16 pieces.
