Step 1

Combine dry ingredients. Add wet and stir until well combined.

Step 2

Place on a lined cookie sheet and form into desired cookie shape. These don’t spread while baking.

Step 3

Press 3 chips into to top of each cookie if desired.

Step 4

Bake 350° 12 min or so.

Step 5

Let sit 20 min to cool and set. I sprinkled mine with coarse sea salt and cinnamon but that’s up to you!
