Step 1

Add strawberries, bananas, and lemon juice to a blender and blend until smooth

Step 2

Strain using a mesh strainer and discard seeds.

Step 3

Mix in the milk, cream, sugar and vanilla extract in with the strawberry and banana puree.

Step 4

Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and freeze according to the manufacturer's instructions. Serve immediately or place in a sealable plastic container and freeze for 4-6 hours.
