Step 1

In a large bowl whisk together mayonnaise, tomato purée, olive oil, lemon juice, mustard, sugar, salt and pepper.

Step 2

Place the cabbage in a bowl and pour the dressing over the tomato dressing over the cabbage, tossing to combine. Season again with salt and pepper, serve, and enjoy!
