Step 1
Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin strips. Place them in a large bowl.

Add the flour, vegetable oil, parmesan, breadcrumbs, salt, and rosemary to the bowl with the potatoes. Mix well to coat the potato strips evenly.
Step 3
Transfer the seasoned potatoes to a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with a little olive oil and sprinkle with additional breadcrumbs and salt. Bake at 180°C (360°F) for 35 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Step 4
Once golden and crispy, serve your baked fries on a plate and enjoy!
