Step 1
Cut 2 1/2 pounds of chicken into cubes.
Step 2
Spray inside of a crockpot with cooking spray.
Step 3
Place chicken in the crockpot
Step 4
In a separate bowl, mix salt, chicken gravy mix, heavy cream and whisk well.
Step 5
Pour cream mixture over chicken and mix well.
Step 6
Pour in mixed vegetables and stir in gently.
Step 7
Place lid on crockpot and cook on low 4 hours.
Step 8
Top with canned biscuits.
Step 9
Lift crock from base and place in oven and bake per instructions on biscuit can until brown.
Step 10
Serve and Enjoy!
