Step 1

FIRST STEP:In the crockpot bowl add the cooked meat, the corn, the black beans, the diced tomatoes, the green pepper, the jalapeno pepper and the onion

SECOND STEP:Add in the broth and the salt, pepper, garlic, and red pepper flakes

Stir to combine well

THIRD STEP:Cook on low for 8 hours, or high for 4 hours

When four hours has passed stir in the shredded cheddar cheese

FOURTH STEP:Whisk the flour into the heavy cream and then pour into the crockpot

Cover and cook for another 30 minutes

FIFTH STEP:Top with crushed nacho chips and chopped green onions
