Ingredients: 30 ounces chickpeas (2 cans drained, rinsed, and dried); 2 tablespoons canola oil; 4 teaspoons curry powder; 2 teaspoons kosher salt; 2 teaspoons garlic powder; 1 teaspoon coriander; 1 teaspoon turmeric; 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper; 1 teaspoon onion powder

Curried Roasted Chickpeas

chickpeas (2 cans drained, rinsed, and dried)

canola oil

curry powder

salt

garlic powder

coriander

turmeric

cayenne pepper

onion powder

Preheat oven to 400&ordm;. Toss the chickpeas with oil and 2 tablespoons of the Curry seasoning. Spread on a large baking sheet and bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes, or until golden brown and crunchy.


Used 19oz can chickpeas. Halved the receipe and should have known 1 teaspoon of salt is 3/4 way too much. Salt to desired taste after baking.
