Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl, make a well.

Pour in slightly cooled melted butter and mix well.

Knead into a ball until all flour and custard is absorbed. Add a little milk if dry and dough isn't coming together.
Step 5
Roll teaspoonfuls of mixture into balls and press down lightly with a fork on a greased biscuit tray.
Step 6
Bake at 160C for 15-25 minutes or until golden.
Step 7
Cool on wire rack before storing in airtight container.
