Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice and vinegar mixture. Stir until well combined.

In another mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, soy sauce, sriracha, garlic powder, onion powder, ground ginger and black pepper. Stir until well combined.
Step 6
Add the avocado, cucumber, green onions, nori sheets and sesame seeds to the mayonnaise mixture. Stir until well combined.
Step 7
Add the mayonnaise mixture to the rice mixture. Stir until well combined.
Step 8
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
Step 9
Remove from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
