Export 7 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
Begin by making your dry rub seasoning. In a small bowl mix all spices together evenly.
Step 2
Pat the ribs dry with a paper towel.
Step 3
Sprinkle the rub onto the ribs and rub it in. Make sure all of the ribs are coated in the dry rub before moving to the next step.
Step 4
In a slow cooker, prop the ribs up on the bone to prevent the ribs sagging and laying in their juices.
Step 5
Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or high for 4 hours.
Step 6
Carefully remove the ribs from the slow cooker and place on a cutting board. Chop and serve!
Step 7
Optional- When the time is done, place the rack of ribs in the oven, on a baking sheet and broil for 3-5 minutes to give an extra crispy finish.
