Preheat oven to 375 F.

In a sauté pan over medium-high heat, brown the sausage.

Once cooled, mix together in a large bowl with ricotta, sweet potatoes, peas and egg. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Stir together and set aside.

Spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Layer lasagna noodles, then 1/3 of the filling. Do another layer of lasagna noodles, 1/3 of the filling, another layer of lasagna noodles, then the last 1/3 of the filling.
Step 5
In a sauté pan, melt the butter, sage and a sprinkle of salt. Cook slowly until it gets to a nutty brown color.
Step 6
Pour this butter sauce over the top layer of the lasagna. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
