Preparation 1. Add a few glugs of olive oil to a pot. Sauté garlic until fragrant. Add in crushed tomatoes, bring to a boil then simmer. Once simmering, add in basil. Put back on the stove and simmer, uncovered, to cook off some of the moisture. 2. Preheat oven to 550 F. 3. Prepare a sheet pan with olive oil and a dusting of flour. 4. Flatten pizza dough to shape and thickness you prefer. 5. Bake for a few minutes, until slightly toasted. Stab with a fork if too puffy. 6. Remove from the oven and top with sauce, cheese and toppings. Bake again until crispy and to your liking!
