Step 1
In a small pot over medium heat, heat the milk and the tea bags for 5-10 minutes, until milk is hot and tea has steeped. Milk should be a creamy beige color.
Step 2
Remove tea bags, and whisk in sugar, cocoa powder, and chocolate chips. Heat until melted and smooth, and serve immediately!
