Step 1
Set your electric pressure cooker to saute and add the quinoa. Toast the quinoa for 2-3 minutes stirring frequently. Add the water and place the lid on the top. Turn the nozzle to seal.
Step 2
Turn the electric pressure cooker to high pressure on manual for 1 minute.
Step 3
After the cooking time is complete, allow the pressure to release naturally. Once the pin drops on the lid, open up the pot and stir.
Step 4
Serve immediately or store refrigerated for up to 5 days.
