Step 1

Cut your cheese and derind. Take your cheese pieces and carefully dredge in flour. (Can use GF flour). Set aside.

Step 2

Dice and chop your garlic, shallot, and herbs.

Step 3

In a non-stick skillet add 1 tbsp of butter and sauté the garlic and shallot. Sprinkle in some red pepper flakes. sauté until garlic and shallots are fragrant and tender.

Step 4

Add in your 1/2 cup of white wine and chopped herbs.

Step 5

Mix well. Lastly, melt floured cheese pieces in the skillet. Let the sauce thicken. Pour into a bowl and serve with bread, meat, and fruit!
