Step 1
In a bowl, mix the cheese and corn starch and set aside.
Step 2
In a saucepan over medium heat, heat the beer until it's simmering.
Step 3
Add the cheese and corn starch mixture.
Step 4
Stir with a whisk until smooth, 2 to 3 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer, stirring often, until the cheese has thickened, 5 to 10 minutes.
Step 5
Serve in a fondue pot.
