Step 1

In a medium bowl whisk together the milk and pudding mix.

Step 2

In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, sour cream and sweetened condensed milk with a whisk or an electric mixer for a couple minutes until smooth and creamy.

Step 3

Add the pudding to the cream cheese mixture and mix until incorporated. Set pudding aside.

Step 4

In the bowl of a stand mixer with a whisk attachment, whisk whipping cream on low speed until you see soft peaks form, about 1 minute.

Step 5

Turn mixer to medium speed and slowly add the sugar. Continue mixing until it thickens.

Step 6

Add vanilla and mix about another minute. Do not over mix.

Step 7

Fold 1 cup of the whipped cream into the pudding mixture.

Step 8

Press a piece of waxed paper or plastic wrap on top of the pudding to prevent a skin forming and place in the refrigerator with whipped cream for 15 minutes before layering.

Step 9

In a half pint mason jar, layer about 2 tablespoons of cookie crumbs, 4-6 slices of banana, 1/4 cup of pudding and a layer of whipped cream. Repeat layering.

Step 10

Finish by sprinkling cookie crumbs on top of the last layer of whipped cream.

Step 11

Refrigerate until serving.
