Step 1

Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a wok or large pan over medium high heat. Add all of the peppers and onions. Cook for about 5 minutes or until they start to wilt a bit. Then add 2 tablespoons of teriyaki sauce and stir. Continue to cook.

Step 2

In a second saute pan, heat the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook. When the chicken starts to look cooked and not raw anymore, add 1 tablespoon of the teriyaki sauce.

Step 3

When the vegetables are tender and the chicken is completely cooked and has started to brown, add the chicken to the vegetables. Stir in the remaining 1 tablespoon of teriyaki.

Step 4

Cook for about 2 more minutes and then remove from heat.
