Step 1
In a small bowl, add cumin, garlic powder, chili powder, salt and pepper, mix well.
Step 2
Place chicken breast in the bottom of slow cooker. Pour the seasoning mixture and the water into crock.

Cook on low for 4 hours.
Step 4
Remove chicken from slow cooker and shred with 2 forks.
Step 5
Mix with cream cheese and 1/4 cup shredded cheese.
Step 6
Warm flour tortillas and spread a small amount of chicken mixture onto the tortillas.
Step 7
Sprinkle with remaining cheese Roll up.
Step 8
Serve with additional toppings such as sour cream, salsa and avocado.
