Step 1
Combine flaxseed meal and 2/3 cup water in large bowl and mix to combine. Let it sit for 5 minutes until thickened. Add mustard and hot sauce and stir to combine. Combine oat flour, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne and white pepper in another bowl and season with some salt.
Step 2
Cut cauliflower into florets.
Step 3
Preheat your air fryer to 350 degrees for 3 minutes.
Step 4
Add florets to the flaxseed mixture; stir to coat. Working in batches, toss cauliflower into the flour mixture to coat. Spray generously with the cooking spray.
Step 5
Place 1/2 of the cauliflower into the basket of the air fryer. Keep the air fryer temperature at 350 and set the timer for 10 minutes. Cook until the cauliflower is golden. Transfer to a bowl and season with more salt and cover to keep warm. Repeat this procedure with the remaining cauliflower. Serve with hot sauce of your choice. Sprinkle with fresh herbs of your choice is optional. I used fresh parsley.
