Step 1

Begin by preheating your grill to approximately 350°F to 400°F

Step 2

Once your grill is warm, add your salmon fillets skin side down onto the grill. If you do not have a pan, you may want to line your grill with aluminum foil, and lightly greased, so that your fish does not fall through the grill grates.

Step 3

Brush with butter, sprinkle with dried parsley, and top with lemon slices.

Step 4

Cook your salmon until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.

Step 5

If desired, top with BBQ sauce, and allow to cook for 5-10 minutes more before removing from the grill. Remove from the grill, serve right away, and enjoy!

Step 6

Preheat your oven to 400°F

Step 7

Line a cooking sheet with foil and lightly spray with cooking spray. Cut your salmon fillet into approximately six pieces in place skin side down on the foil.

Step 8

Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature 145°F.

Step 9

Top with BBQ sauce and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, then remove from the oven. Serve right away and enjoy!

Step 10

Fridge: Store raw salmon in the fridge up to 1-2 days before cooking. Cooked salmon may be stored in your fridge for 3-4 days.

Step 11

Freezer: Raw salmon may be frozen 3-8 months at 0°F or below. Cooked salmon may be frozen up to 3 months at 0°F or below.

Step 12

Room Temp: Fish should be kept at room temperature (between 40°F-90°F) no more than two hours before it goes bad.
