Step 1

To make banana ice cream with mango, cut the mango and the banana into very small pieces and distribute them spaced apart on a plate.

Step 2

Place them in the freezer for 12 hours. Also freeze the blackberries, whole. Blend the frozen mango and banana together with the milk and sugar for a firm, smooth cream (that’s still frozen).

Step 3

Complete with the blackberries and serve immediately!
