In a frying pan on medium to high, heat peanut oil and sauté onion until translucent, about 5 minutes. Add green onion and mixed frozen vegetables, then stir to combine.

Step 5
Stuff each marinated wing with approximately 3 tablespoons of prepared fried rice and secure with a toothpick.
Step 6
In a small bowl combine, orange zest and juice, sugar, soy sauce, garlic, and salt.
Step 7
In a frying pan on medium to high heat, add peanut oil. Once heated, add chicken wings and cook each side until golden.
Step 8
Brush wings with orange glaze mixture on both sides. Place in the oven to finish cooking all the way through to 165 degrees.
Step 9
Top with green onion and sesame seeds. Serve, and enjoy!
