Export 8 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
Label your freezer bag with the name of the recipe, cooking instructions, and “use-by” date. (Three months from when you prepped the meal.)
Step 2
Add all ingredients except for the noodles and water to the freezer bag.
Step 3
Carefully remove as much air as possible, seal and freeze for up to three months.
Step 4
Heat a large skillet over medium high heat.
Step 5
Add the contents of the freezer bag to the skillet along with water and bring to a boil.
Step 6
Reduce the heat to simmer. Add noodles and cook, stirring frequently to separate the noodles until they are cooked, about 3 minutes.
Step 7
Add the contents of the bag to the Instant Pot. Add the noodles and water.
Step 8
Pressure cook 3 minutes.
Step 9
Natural release 2 minutes and then manually release pressure.
Step 10
Open pot and stir noodles, being sure to separate them.
