Step 1
Combine all of the ingredients in a glass jar, seal the lid, and shake until emulsified. (I like to use glass mason jars for this purpose, so you can just screw on the lid and shake, and then it's ready to store.)
Step 2
You can serve this right away, but like most dressings, the flavor will get better as the ingredients meld together. For best results, wait at least 30 minutes before serving over your favorite salad ingredients.
Step 3
