InstructionsWash and chop the green beans and tomatoes into small piecesPeal and thinly chop the fresh gingerIn a pan medium heat add 1 tbsp olive oilOnce oil is warm add 1 tsp black mustard seeds when they start popping lower the heatAdd the Fresh Ginger Stir till ginger is slightly brownAdd chopped green beans and stirAdd 1 tsp salt 1 tsp chilli powder 1 tsp turmeric 1 tsp jira and coriander powder 1/2 tsp Garam masalaAdd 1/2 a cup of water and cook low heat for about 5 minutesAdd tomatoes and stir through. Cook for a further 15 minutes till the beans slightly soft.Add fresh coriander mix through and serve hot.
