Step 3
Whisk together the eggs and milk. Place each round into the egg mixture for 5 seconds to soak. Transfer to a pie maker. Repeat with 3 more rounds. Turn on the pie maker and close. Cook for 7 minutes or until golden and cooked through. Transfer to a plate.
Step 4
Repeat with the remaining bread rounds. Sprinkle with parsley to serve.
