Step 1
Pour 1 ½ cups of water into bottom of Instant Pot. Add the thicken and potatoes into a steamer basket. Place the steamer basket into the Instant Pot.
Step 2
Cover Instant Pot and secure the lid. Make sure valve is set to sealing. Set the manual/pressure cook button to 4 minutes. When time is up let pot sit for 5-10 minutes and then move valve to venting. Remove the lid.
Step 3
Set steamer basket aside. Discard the water in the Instant Pot. Pour the potatoes and chicken from the steamer basket into the Instant Pot liner.
Step 4
Stir in the dressing mix, sour cream, cheese, bacon and chives to coat the chicken and potatoes.
Step 5
Serve and enjoy!
