Export 6 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Step 2
Combine all ingredients (except chocolate chips) in food processor and blend until smooth.
Step 3
If using chocolate chips, stir in by hand.
Step 4
Spoon onto a baking pan covered with a sheet of lightly-greased foil, or non-stick silicone baking mat. We use about a tablespoon of batter for each cookie.
Step 5
Bake for 10 minutes at 350°F.
Step 6
Remove from oven and allow to cool to room temperature, then store in an airtight container in fridge (for 2-3 days) or freezer (for about a week).
