1. In a dutch oven, heat 1 tablespoon of the oil over medium-high heat. Add Beyond Steak and cook 5 minutes. Remove from pan; keep warm.

2. Heat remaining 1 tablespoon oil in dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add onions, carrots and mushrooms; cook and stir 4-5 minutes or until tender and browned. Add tomato paste, garlic and thyme. Cook and stir 1 minute. Add flour; cook and stir 1 minute.

3. Add pearl onions, broth and wine; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until sauce is slightly thickened.

4. Add cooked Beyond Steak and simmer for 2 minutes.
Step 5
5. Serve with mashed potatoes and garnish with thyme sprigs.
