Step 1

1. To make the Beyond carne asada, pour your Beyond Steak into a large bowl or re-sealable bag, add the orange juice, lime juice, soy sauce, olive oil, cumin, chili powder, and salt. Toss until the Beyond Steak is well coated.

2. When you are ready to cook, heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak and the marinade and let cook for 10-12 minutes stirring occasionally.

3. To assemble each burrito, layer 1½ tbsp sour cream, ¼ cup cheddar, ½ the cooked Beyond Steak, 1 cup french fries, ¼ cup guacamole, and 2 tbsp pico de gallo in the center of a tortilla. Fold the sides of the burrito in and roll. Repeat with the second burrito.

Step 4

4. Heat a large skillet or cast iron over medium heat and spray with cooking spray. Place both burritos on the skillet seam side down. Let them cook 1-2 minutes until golden brown, flip and cook an additional 1-2 minutes to allow the cheese to melt. Cut in half and enjoy.
